“Salt air and the rust on your door, I never needed anything more…August slipped away into a moment in time…for me it was enough to live for the hope of it all” 3 months from today I will be screaming my heart out to the lyrics that have gotten me through the last 18 years of my life. To say I’m excited for the T.Swift concert is an understatement. In honor of the 3 month countdown mark and Taylor’s song August today’s thankful post is all about the salt air and living for the hope of it all. I’m thankful for the beautiful poetry she writes in her songs and of course any true Swiftie knows – all the Easter eggs.
